FACT #3: Nobody nor party can afford to pay all Nigerian eligible voters enough money for their votes. Nigeria herself can not even afford to do that because the nation's income per capita is approximately $400.00. What happens is that a few people( including some political leaders & traditional rulers ) are bribed in cash and/or kind and figures are assigned to declare surrogates election winners.
